Additional hours
Want us for slightly longer? We can add on hours to your package at the time of your booking.

DVD copy
If you want a hard copy of your film we can help you out! Great for grandparents and out of town relatives.

The cutting room floor
We will put together the extra footage that didn't make it into your film in a raw, chronological sequence.

Packages start from $3000. All packages are subject to change. Extra expenses may apply for travel and non standard inclusions.

Can we meet you before booking our wedding?

We love to discuss your wedding film either via skype, phone or over a coffee. (depending on location!)

Can you travel interstate/overseas?

We can travel wherever you want us to! All we need is a way of getting there, and depending on how far away, somewhere to stay. Contact us to discuss rates.

What is a Formalities Film?

Our Formalities Films showcase your wedding ceremony and reception speeches as they happened, featuring audio and visuals in full.

Can I add more hours to my package?

If you require us to spend more time with you on your wedding day, please get in touch to discuss. If on your wedding day you would like us to stay back longer than we had planned, we are more than happy to for $200 per person, per hour at our discretion.

Do you require a deposit?

We require a 20% deposit to secure your wedding date. This deposit is a non-refundable booking fee, as we often refuse other bookings to secure a date. Final payment is due a month before your wedding date.

How do you choose the songs in your videos?

We select the song for your wedding based on the day itself, your style, and the style of video we are creating. We only use high quality and unique music, which helps to create a cinematic wedding film.

Can I use my own song?

We do not use any commercial/pop music in our work. Music plays a big part in what we do, and a major part of our style is in the music we select for our couples. We only use high quality tracks, from great artists, which make your wedding film unique and add to the cinematic style.

Can I have all the raw footage?

While we do not supply our raw footage files with any package, our formalities edits add in a real time edit of your ceremony and speeches, and our 'cutting room floor' add-on is great if you want to see some of the extra moments that didn't quite make the final cut of your wedding or highlights film.

What can I from you expect on the day?

You might not even notice we exist! When filming a wedding we try and be as subtle as possible, and capture the little moments of the day as they happen, no huge crew making your day feel like a movie set. Depending on the package selected and details of your wedding, you’ll either see one or two of us on your wedding day.

Do we need to feed you on our wedding day?

Filming your wedding works up quite the appetite – If you can feed us, it would be very much appreciated! If for some reason you can not, please let us know in advance so we can discuss alternate arrangements.

How many videographers do I need?

One videographer will be more than enough for most weddings, but two will always allow us to capture more little moments and more things at once. We always set up a fixed camera during your ceremony so we capture more things at once. Some weddings in larger venues and with complex ceremonies are better suited to two, but it's really up to you + your budget.

How long will it take to receive my video?

From your wedding day, we allow 8 weeks to get you the first version of your films.

How will I receive my video?

All our packages come with a digital copy of your video via online download + vimeo link and also include a gorgeous crystal and gold USB made by the creative legends at Sketch and Etch. We package it all up into a pretty little parcel and post it out to you.

Where are you based?

We are based in Bendigo, Victoria, Australia.

We can travel anywhere, but especially love local weddings in Geelong and the Surf Coast, Mornington, Bendigo, Ballarat, Daylesford and Central Victoria and in Melbourne + the Yarra Valley.

How many weddings do you do per year?

Currently we have a cap of 20 weddings per year total.
